All the scales are in 5-point Likert type. The statistical package program SPSS.25 was used in the analysis of the data. T-test and F-test were used to examine the differences between variables. Regression analysis was performed to measure the effect levels. As a result of the analyses, it was observed that the organizational climate, job performance and motivation perceptions of the employees did not make a difference based on the variables of gender and title, while differences were found based on the variables of marital status, age, education and working year.
