Abstract
Computer simulation of cardiac electrical activity is conducted using a three-dimensional biventricular heart model incorporating action potential formulations. A heterogeneous continuous spatial distribution of action potentials based on different dependences of maximal slow delayed rectifier current conductance is proposed and implemented to study electrocardiographic T-waves. It is demonstrated that the proposed distribution is reasonable and reproduces realistic electrocardiographic waveforms.
