Abstract
1. In solutions of triphenyltinlithium in dipolar aprotonic solvents, the presence of two types of ion pairs has been proposed: contact and separated by the solvent. 2. The populations of the 5s- and 5p-states of the tin atom in both types of ion pairs and the relative concentrations of the contact ion pair and ion pair separated by the solvent in the case of a change in the concentration of the solutions and transfer from one solvent to another, were estimated.
