Abstract

Objective To investigated the statuses of sexual activities, sexual concepts and sexual satisfactions in 2 groups of married women, which were nulliparas with the history of artificial abortions(NAA)and multiparas(MUL), in order to assess the influences of sexual psychological views on the qualities of sexual activities and improve the quality of their marriages. Methods Among 260 randomly selected outpatients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology, we investigated their sexual frequencies, lasting times, and analyzed their questionnaires of Eysenck sexual tolerances as well as sexual satisfactions. Results Compared with MUL group, NAA group had significantly increased sexual frequencies(P <0.001).Questionnaires of sexual concepts and sexual satisfactions showed that a significant interPStyle differences among education level, occupation and incoming. Conclusions NAA group has open sexual concepts and needed to improve their sexual satisfactions.MUL group has relatively conservative sexual concepts and needs to improve their sexual satisfactions further more.Open sexual psychological views can improve the qualities of sexual activities in married women at different stages.A coupled sexual psychological view can greatly improve marriage quality.
