Abstract
This paper is devoted to the analytical calculation of the lepton spectrum with a restriction on the mass of produced hadron system in semileptonicB-meson decays. Using this analytical dependence, it is shown that the quark-hadron duality in semileptonicB-meson decays could be violated up to 25–30%, and this fact has influence on the semileptonic branching ratio.
