Abstract

The article deals with the issues of improving the quality of the work of the cotton separation zone of the vertical spindle of the cotton spinning machine from the spindle, as well as the theoretical justification of the main parameters. The authors analyze the problems of technological processes in the separation zone of cotton production. For graphic construction and calculations, the COMPASS-GRAPH program was used. An analytical expression is found for a curved line in which the spindle is located in the center of the separator. Recommendations are given for the placement of the separator, based on the number of parts under the influence of the brushes of the cotton separator, the angle of rotation of the spindle around its axis in the process of interaction, and the operating time of the separator.
