Abstract
The present experimental work is to prepare the Polymer matrix composites (PMCs) with help of Medical Solid Liquid wastes and Fly-ash along with epoxy resin. Hand layup technique is utilized to make 15 samples as per Response Surface Methodology which supports to decide optimal value of tensile strength according to hand-layup process considerations. Three parameter with three levels are selected for optimization work such as MSL waste (5–15 %wt), FA (3–9 wt%) and stir duration (5–15 min). these constraints changed the behavior of materials especially elongation property. The results of experiment show that tensile strength (TS) was improved from 43 to 62 MPa due to proper mixing of Al chosen particles in PMCs and also reveals that the optimized TS (62 MPa) was found for a input casting variables (MSL-10 %wt.,FA-9 %wt & ST-5 min) in design expert software (DES).
