Abstract

In this study, it was aimed to examine the eating behaviors and life satisfaction of individuals who regularly exercise in sports centers in terms of different variables. For this purpose, a total of 161 people, 70 female and 91 male, with an average age of 30.30± 10.02, were surveyed. According to the results of the independent sample t-test, it was determined that the difference between the eating behavior levels of the participants according to the gender variable was not statistically significant (p>0.05).
