Abstract

Possible applications of the formula from the theory of composite mixes to materials with nanosized fillers are discussed. The paper reports the results of investigation into the concentration dependence of the low-frequency real part of magnetic permeability of a composite based on nanopowdered Co 2 Z hexaferrite and the temperature dependences of magnetic permeability spectra of mechanically activated powders of Co 0.6 Zn 1.4 W hexaferrite, whose anomalous dispersion regions controlled by the domain boundary resonance and the natural resonance lie within the microwave frequency range. The measurements were performed within the frequency range 0.2–12GHz and the temperature interval 220–340 K.
