Abstract

The process considered is experimentally modelled through teflon membranes with channels previously filled by cocoa oil subjected chlorophorm leaching. The full substance dissolution time assessment made on the basis of experimental ATR-absorption curves shows that it is much shorter than the time required for the substance diffusion leaching according to the Goodman's integral method. The latter permits to reduce the problem to a simplified treatment - to a diffusional leaching of a homogeneous initial concentration distribution. An analytical expression is obtained for the concentration dependence with time.
