Investigation of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Xi'an based on CSI analysis

Abstract

In recent years, the market demand for fresh agricultural products has been growing, but the low circulation rate of domestic cold chain logistics has become one of the factors hindering its development. In the process of logistics and transportation, temperature control is difficult to ensure, and the cold chain "broken chain" phenomenon is widespread. The development of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics is of great significance to improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the development of cold chain logistics enterprises in Xi'an. On the one hand, the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) formula was used to get the total satisfaction score of cold chain enterprises; on the other hand, the excel software was used to analyze the development of various aspects of the enterprises. The research results show that most of the private logistics enterprises in Xi'an city have the dilemma of not advanced cold chain logistics technology and lack of scientific management. Finally, we suggest promoting the development of intelligent supply chain by applying intelligent logistics technology, developing unmanned delivery, and putting in intelligent refrigerated boxes to improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics and ensure the quality of fresh products.
