Investigation of Breakdowns of Loaded Parts of Dump Trucks Operating Under Severe Operating Conditions

Abstract

The Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the largest exporters of raw materials in the world market, so dump trucks and excavators play a major role in the mining industry of the country's natural resources. The stagnation of special equipment can bring great damage to the economy of the Republic. Therefore, the study of the problems that arise during the operation of dump trucks in difficult quarry conditions and timely troubleshooting will allow the country's mining industry to ensure stable development and prosperity. The main purpose of the work is to study the causes of breakdowns in the bearing units of dump trucks with a load capacity of up to 110 tons. Also, ways to solve the existing problems and initial data for further research are presented. This topic is relevant, since the country's economy is directly related to the extraction of natural resources. Timely elimination of technical problems of equipment will allow to fulfill all production plans
