Abstract
Objective To construct an index system for evaluating the non-power influence of nursing managers, to provide scientific theoretical basis for cultivating and improving the non-power influence of nursing managers. Methods The literature review, in-depth interview, questionnaire survey were used to develop the initial formation of nursing managers non-power influence evaluation index entries.The Delphi expert consultation method was applied to carry out two rounds of questionnaires to 30 experts. Results After two rounds of expert consultation, the evaluation index system of nursing managers non-power influence, which contained 3 primary indexes, 6 secondary indexes, 27 tertiary indexes were formed. Conclusions During the consultation process, the experts have high recognition and coordination, and the consultation results are reliable.This index system can be used to objectively and scientifically evaluate the non-power influence of nursing managers and provide scientific basis for the training and training of nursing managers.
