Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the job stressors and coping styles among army and non-active civil servant nurses. Methods Forty nurses were recruited and investigated with Job Stressor Scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results There was significant difference in the professional development, workload and working environment(P 0. 05). Conclusions There are different job stressors among army and non-active civil servant nurses. Nursing administrators should take corresponding measures to relieve nurses' job stress.
