Abstract

The processes of heat treatment and formation of the structure and properties of aluminum deformable casting alloys reinforced with steel fibers obtained by the method of hot extrusion are studied. As a result, optimal tempering and aging temperatures are selec-te¬d. Тr = 530±100С, Тag = 80±100С, the duration of aging. τag=36 hours, which provide high mechanical properties. σT = 570...580 МН/m2, HB = 1240...1250 MPa, δ = 8.5...9,5%.
