Abstract

Embryos that blastulate late have lower sustained implantation rates (SIR) than those blastulating on day 5 (D5). Traditionally attributed to reduced embryo quality, dyssynchrony with the endometrium is also possible. This study seeks to determine if the impaired implantation of slower embryos is intrinsic to the embryo or due to a loss of synchrony.
