Abstract

In today’s changing environment, increasing personal computers and employees’ knowledge in information technology area have provided the conditions for organizations’ movement towards education revolution through virtual world, or employees’ development within organizations through e-learning. Hence, most of public and private organizations have moved towards implementing e-learning programs in their human resources. In this sense, this study aims to investigate the effect of personal and system factors by applying TAM model on users’ behavioral intention in use of e-learning. This study has been an applied research type in terms of aim, and categorized in casual research types in nature. The statistical population of this study consists of employees working in education center across Arak city. Five-item Likret spectrum has been used to collect date from questionnaire. The questionnaire used in this study was distributed among employees using simple random sampling method, of which 315 individuals replied to the questionnaire. To analyze data, the structural equation method using LISREL software has been used, that the results of this test indicate the positive effect of variables “content quality” and “self-efficacy” in employees on Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) of e-learning. Further, the results indicated that subjective norm affects Perceived Usefulness (PU) and behavioral intention in use of e-learning systems. On the other hand, the variable “Perceived Ease of Use (PEU)” has affected Perceived Usefulness (PU) and behavioral intention in employees. Perceived Usefulness (PU) has affected behavioral intention.
