Abstract
We show that the inverse scattering problem of a quantum star graph is solvable when the connection condition is given by scale invariant Fulop-Tsutsui form. This turns out to amount to finding a parametrization of Hermitian unitary matrix based on Hermitian diagonalization. Examples of specific inverse scattering problems are examined, that represent uniform and reflectionless scatterings.
