Abstract
Atrial Fibrillation (AF) and Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF) are both associated with left atrial (LA) myopathy. We hypothesise that HFpEF is common in AF due to LA myopathy. We used invasive haemodynamic testing to establish the extent of HFpEF and LA myopathy in a cohort of AF patients.
