Abstract
Introduction: Coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) for acute chest pain patients in the emergency room has been shown to be an e!ective triaging tool. The incremental benefit of FFRCT in acute chest pain patients is unclear. The goal of this pilot was to assess a CCTA/ FFRCT strategy in terms of feasibility, safety and e!ect on yield of invasive coronary angiography(ICA).
