Abstract

Microvascular and/or vasospastic angina are relevant causes of ischaemia in patients without obstructive CAD (INOCA). These may be overlooked during routine coronary angiography. Local prevalence data in NSW Australia is not known. Our aim was to evaluate prevalence of INOCA endotypes and safety of an Interventional Diagnostic Procedure (IDP) after angiography.
