Abstract

A general expression for the invariant volume element (measure) in the integral representation of the Veneziano n-point function is found, which is valid for an arbitrary choice of a set of ( n−3) independent conjugate variables. Applying this, a three-cluster representation of the six-point function is given, which leads to the known form of Reggeization in a 3-to-3 reaction, keeping its symmetric form, and which also describes a smooth transition from double to triple Reggeization in a 2-to-4 reaction. An expression for the three-cluster representation of the n-point function can also be written down.
