Abstract
CP violation can be described with expressions invariant under redefinitions of the weak fermion basis. This formulation is explicitly known for the Standard Model extensions with one sequential or vector-like quark and for its left-right version. The invariant formulation is very useful in model building and is specially suitable to the syudy of physical limits as the chiral limit m u,d,s = 0, where CP violation can only arise from Physics Beyond the Standard Model.
