Abstract

We report 3 cases demonstrating the interest of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia. With this technique, the central fibrous scar shows characteristic features that allow surgical abstention and only regular clinical follow-up.
