Abstract
It is evident that the volume of medical literature and the recent advances has been vastly increased over the past years, far exceeding the publishing capacity of many print and electronic journals. With the development of newer techniques, better understanding of pathophysiology of diseases and advent of technology, the profound advancement in the field medicine has been witnessed. There are very selective scientific platform that publish these materials. Moreover, the professional growth in the field of medicine is largely dependent on the research and its publication. At present scenario the publication of scientific material is a great need of practicing medical fraternity. Journals are major source to update recent medical and surgical sciences.
