Introduction

Abstract

This collection of chapters was composed to provide a resource for Head and Neck Surgeons in need of alternate reconstructive options when a free tissue transfer is contraindicated. The chapters were written by experts in the field of Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction. The locoregional flap options described here serve the authors well when confronted with the complex patient who often ideally would undergo microvascular free tissue transfer.
