Abstract

Peter Manus is a Professor of Law at New England School of Law, where he specializes in environmental law. Professor Manus graduated from Dartmouth College in 1980 and Cornell Law School in 1987, practiced environmental law at the Boston law firms of Goodwin, Procter & Hoar and Peabody & Arnold, and joined the New England faculty in 1992, where he teaches Environmental Law, Environmental Theory and Politics, Administrative Law, Property, and related courses. Professor Manus has written a number of articles on environmental law.
