Abstract

This presentation offers an introduction to using FFmpeg at the command line. It provides a variety of useful commands that demonstrate the structure and syntax of commands and gives a glimpse of the kinds of work that can be done using the framework. Resources for further learning and exploration are offered as well, with some focusing specifically on using FFMpeg for video art.
