Abstract
Welcome to the SMPTE Standards Community progress report 2022. Due to travel restrictions, our quarterly plenary meetings have continued to be conducted entirely virtually. We are, however, planning to get back to our usual hybrid mode starting in September at the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) in Geneva. The Technology Committees were able to progress/complete ongoing work and start new projects, and you will find an overview of each Technology Committee (TC) in the following sections.
