Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of the mechanisms of new forms of cooperation of companies and organizations of different forms of property that are included in the cluster. The key factor to organize a new form of cooperation is personnel policy, that is aimed at cooperative, integrated variants of staff training, work with them in the directions of adaptation and maturation in the region and also cooperative actions of all levels of authorities (municipal, local and organizations in the level of government-private cooperation). The development of new elements let create base for preparation specialists of all levels-young specialists and their first adaptation to the process of mentoring, form a segment of management staff and prepare a team of associates to master a new strategy of region development.
