Abstract

The use of information-communication technology in education and training has increased the variety of possibilities for learning. Know-how and experiences of an online education provider can be of great value for a company when introducing e-learning. Especially transferable are the principles of designing a model and experiences with introducing it. Companies have to be aware of the advantages and disadvantages of introducing e-learning into their internal organisation of educational and training concepts and consider the criteria which are crucial for the effectiveness, economy and positive attitude to introducing e-learning.
