COLLINS, M.D. is Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at New York University—Bellevue Medical Center. He obtained his medical education at Yale University School of Medicine. He is currently Secretary of the Section on Anesthesiology of the American Medical Association. He is the author of two books—Principles and Practices of Anesthesiology and Fundamentals of Nerve Blocking (in press). *CORNELIO A. GOROSPE, M.D. is a native of The Philippines. He obtained his medical education at the University of The Philippines and received his medical degree in 1955. Dr. and Mrs. Gorospe are the parents of two boys. *E. A. ROVENSTINE, M.D. is Director, Division of Anesthesia, Bellevue Hospital Center; Director of Anesthesia at University Hospital; Professor and Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at New York University—Bellevue Medical Center, New York City. He attended Indiana University Medical School, receiving his medical degree in 1928.
