Abstract
A case of abdominal delivery of the patient with acute intrapartum fetal hypoxia associated with a circumvallate placenta and a furcate cord insertion with the rupture of a chorionic plate vessel is reported.

■■ Представлено наблюдение родоразрешения пациентки экстренным кесаревым сечением в связи с интранатальной гипоксией плода, обусловленной сочетанной патологией последа и плаценты, окруженной валиком, рассыпным прикреплением пуповины в области валика c разрывом одного из сосудов хориальной пластинки и кровотечением в амниотическую полость
