Abstract

A colobomatous cyst is an extremely uncommon form of congenital abnormality that is frequently linked with a microophthalmic globe. It is caused by a problem with the closure of the optic vesicle as well as invagination.. Here we are presenting a case of orbital cyst associated with microophthalmos in an infant presented with small eye ball and orbital lesion, child was evaluated clinically and radiologically by USG and MRI. To the best of our knowledge very few cases have been reported in previous literature
