In 40 (59%) patients (study group) performed intraoperative puncture pankreatovirsungographiya that allowed in 28 (41%) of them reveal cyst, which combined with duct and a significant ductal hypertension. So intraoperative puncture pancreatovirsungography is informative and effective method of invasive ductal system software research in patients complicated forms of CP, allowed to use the most effective method of surgical treatment for a particular patient. Applications developed intraoperative diagnosis of ductal system of the pancreas, namely pancreatovirsungography puncture, ensured the reduction of the frequency of complications in the early postoperative period, severity of pain and improve quality of life (by questionnaire MOS SF-36).
