Abstract

RESULTS: DNT cells can be detected in pancreatic cancer patients in peripheral T-cells. In addition, we observed that the proportion of DNT cells was higher than in high-grade tumor (p 0.05); the staining intensity of DR5 appeared to have a lower strong staining in tumor tissue samples compared to adjacent tissue; 17% (8/48) vs 35% (17/48); (p<0.05). Clinicopathologic analysis demonstrated that DR4 expression was associated with tumor differentiation (p<0.05) and tumor pathologic stage (p<0.05). Similarly, DR5 expression did not show any significant association except tumor differentiation (p<0.05).
