Abstract
AbstractThis review highlights the application of intramolecular Heck reaction in total synthesis of natural products which were successfully synthesized in recent years (2013 to 2019). Heck cyclization was used as one of the strategic steps for constructions of wide variety of cyclic scaffolds essential for preparation of different natural products.
