Abstract
Purpose/Objective: IMRT improves dose conformity when treating gynecologic malignancies, but requires accurate target volume determination. While image-guided radiotherapy may reduce interfraction set-up error, the impact of intrafraction organ motion remains ill-defined. Prior studies of intrafraction cervical motion assess only organ displacement at a single point. We extend these efforts to comprehensively analyze intrafraction motion: displacement, deformation, and rotation.
