Abstract
Penis is small in proportion to the rest of the body, however, it has a great deal of important functions and bears the symbol of man. For penile carcinoma the treatment most commonly employed is amputation, which is not acceptable for many patients. Intra-aortic infusion chemotherapy has been clinically introduced as an effective palliative treatment for locally advanced penile squamous cell carcinoma and has the unique advantage of preserving structure and function of the external genitals [1, 2]. For further evaluation of the effect of aortic infusion to the reproductive organs, a serial examinations including semen analysis, rigiscan for erectile function and duplex sonography for penile blood flow were performed for young patient.
