Abstract

This intraoperative video shows a 61-year-old gentleman with an anterior chest wall defect following double lung transplant and an initial V-Y reconstruction involving advancement of the whole abdominal pannus. A single stage laparoscopically harvested bipedicled omental flap and split skin graft were used, with application of near-infrared technology to assess flap perfusion intra-operatively. This was followed by laparoscopic repair of a ventral incisional hernia at the exit site of the omental flap. This article is protected by copyright.
