Abstract

Neuroform stent parent vessel reconstruction has significantly dvanced the endovascular management of wide neck cerebral neurysms. Delivery of the rigid stent system across the neck in omplex configuration aneurysms by conventional methods is not ossible, if marked angularity between the parent vessel and effernt incorporated branch vessel is present. We present two such ases in which safe intra-aneurismal passage of the stent delivry system was achieved for subsequent coil embolization. This otentially has a high risk for aneurysm perforation and needs to e carefully considered against the benefit.
