Abstract

Aims and Objectives a. The objective of this study is to evaluate and compare the role of two novel modalities: Intralesional PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injection and Extra Corporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) in pain reduction in patients with chronic resistant plantar fasciitis. b. With the help of this study, both the treatment modalities are compared and evaluated as to which modality is better than the other to treat recalcitrant plantar fasciitis in order to facilitate to decrease morbidity in chronic resistant cases.
