Abstract

The article presents the theoretical foundations of designing an intra-firm wage model that allows you to formalize this process. As the basis for the construction of the intra-company labor model, a labor complexity matrix is proposed, according to which labor is divided, on the one hand, into unskilled, qualified and highly skilled, on the other hand, into reproducible and unique. On the basis of the author's concept of social and labor rents, a functional and rental structure of wages for various types of wages with balance links of its elements has been developed. It allows you to design an intra-company wage model and define its parameters based on the distribution of the wage fund according to the types of key payments that implement the functions of the wage process.
