Abstract
A study of intra-and postoperative analgesia in 81 newborn operated on congenital malformations. was carried out and extended epidural anesthesia on the basis of lidocain, naropin, bupivacaine. Assessment of pain was carried out on a scale of N-PASS. Assessing the intra-and postoperative analgesia, it should be noted that they were adequate and can be used in neonatal anesthesia.

ІНТРА- ТА ПІСЛЯОПЕРАЦІЙНЕ ЗНЕБОЛЮВАННЯ НОВОНАРОДЖЕНИХ З ВРОДЖЕНИМИ ВАДАМИ РОЗВИТКУ Вивчені інтра- та післяопераційне знеболювання у 81 новонародженого, прооперованого з приводу вроджених вад розвитку. Оцінюючи інтра- та післяопераційне знеболення, слід зазначити, що всі вони були адекватні й можуть бути застосовані в неонатальній анестезіології. Особливим розділом неонатальної анестезіології та інтенсивної терапії є проведення у новонароджених якісного лікування болю.
