Abstract
Delayed treatment of pregnancy complicated with intestinal obstruction, which is an important complication of pregnancy, can cause a high mortality rate and fetal loss rate. Early identification, early diagnosis and early treatment are the key points to improve the prognosis of pregnancy complicated with intestinal obstruction. CT examination has obvious advantages in judgments of intestinal obstruction. The ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, laboratory specific markers and colonoscopy are conducive to diagnose intestinal obstruction during pregnancy. Conservative treatment is recommended. But when it fails, surgical treatment should be implemented timely. Acute colonic pseudo obstruction is a special type of postoperative cesarean section.
