Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of interventional treatment of diabetic foot with refractory ulcer.Methods Twelve patients with refractory ulcer received lower extremity arterial stent or balloon dilatation angioplasty treatment,the ulcer healing after operation was observed.Results Lower extremity arterial angioplasty can effectively restore the limb blood supply,promote ulcer healing.Conclusions Lower extremity arterial interventional treatment of the diabetic foot is satisfactory,conducive to ulcer healing and control of foot infection.
