Abstract
左主干病变经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的长期有效性和安全性仍缺乏有力的循证医学证据。对于左主干病变患者需要采用多学科团队和以患者为中心的策略，选择药物治疗和血运重建治疗策略，需要从解剖学、生理学、疾病自然史、就诊医院和团队的能力、手术的临床风险和患者的意愿来综合评估。需要使用血管内超声指导左主干病变介入治疗，并重视介入治疗的各个技术环节和不同患者的特殊性。.
