Abstract
Objective To explore the value of interventional radiology treatment for hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm following liver transplantation. Methods All of 5 patients with hepatic artery pseudoaneurysn had interventional radiology treatment. The clinical features, imaging examinations, complications of interventional treatment and outcome were reviewed. Results A total of 2 patients were intrahepatic pseudoaneurysm and had cover-stent treatment, 3 patients were extrahepatic pseudoaneurysm and had embolized treatment. All 5 hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm patients had successfully treatment. No complications related interventional radiology treatment were occurred. Conclusions The intervenetional radiology treatment is an effective and safe treatment for heaptic artery pseudoneurysm following liver transplations.
