Abstract

Abstract With the rapid development of power system, the ability to ensure the safe operation of power system and handle unexpected accidents is become particularly important. Therefore, in this paper, a fast and effective defense mechanism for interval state estimation is proposed. In this mechanism, the PQ decomposition method will replace the traditional Newton-Raphson method in iterative method of state estimation. The mechanism presented in this paper could be effective, which is verified by testing process on IEEE-14 system.
