Abstract

Aiming at the harsh environmental situation at present, this paper combines the management policy about the total control of regional atmospheric pollution, emission trading system, and the interval fuzzy linear programming method, sets up and gives a further solution for the emission reduction optimization model of atmospheric pollutants under uncertainty, so as to get the minimum total cost of emission reduction. The instance case shows that the total cost of reduction is [282.5479, 289.7463] (108 yuan). The membership and reduction cost of SO2 predicted through the model are [0.6926, 0.9999] and [137.4828, 137.8749] (108yuan), while those of NOX are [0.3020, 0.9896] and [145.0651, 151.8714] (108 yuan), respectively. This method can be used for providing technical support and thus achieves the 12th Five-year goals of the environment protection plan more effectively.
